Trademark Guidelines

How the Parabolic name, logo, and brand assets may and may not be used.

These Trademark Guidelines describe how you may use the trademarks, service marks, and logos of Banzai International, Inc. d/b/a Parabolic, Inc. (“Parabolic”). Parabolic’s brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws, and these guidelines exist to protect both Parabolic and the people who use our brand assets.

Use of any Parabolic trademark that is not expressly permitted by these guidelines requires prior written approval from Parabolic.


1. Our Trademarks

Parabolic’s trademarks include, but are not limited to:

  • The word mark “Parabolic”
  • The Parabolic logo (the geometric arrow/triangle mark)
  • Any other names, logos, or marks associated with Parabolic’s products and services

These marks are the exclusive property of Banzai International, Inc. d/b/a Parabolic, Inc. All rights are reserved.


2. Permitted Uses

Referential Use

You may use Parabolic’s name in text to accurately refer to Parabolic and its products or services, provided that:

  • The use is clearly referential and not likely to cause confusion
  • The mark is used in its exact form (do not abbreviate, modify, or combine with other words)
  • The use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Parabolic
  • The mark is distinguished from surrounding text (e.g., capitalized or italicized)

Press and Media

Members of the press may use Parabolic’s name and logo in editorial coverage of Parabolic and its portfolio companies. Such use must be factual, non-defamatory, and must not imply any endorsement by Parabolic.


3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Parabolic’s trademarks in ways that:

  • Suggest or imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Parabolic without written permission
  • Could cause confusion with Parabolic’s products or services
  • Disparage or tarnish the reputation of Parabolic
  • Are used in combination with your own brand name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership
  • Are modified, distorted, or altered in any way
  • Are used in domain names, social media handles, or application names without permission
  • Appear more prominently than your own brand in any materials

4. Logo Usage

General Rules

When displaying the Parabolic logo, you must:

  • Use only official logo files provided by Parabolic
  • Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the logo mark
  • Not alter the logo’s proportions, colors, or design elements
  • Not place the logo on backgrounds that reduce its legibility
  • Not animate, rotate, or apply effects to the logo

Minimum Size

The Parabolic logo should not be reproduced at a size smaller than 24px in height for digital use or 0.25 inches for print use.


5. Attribution

When using Parabolic trademarks in accordance with these guidelines, please include an appropriate trademark attribution notice, such as:

“Parabolic is a trademark of Banzai International, Inc. d/b/a Parabolic, Inc. All rights reserved.”


6. Requesting Permission

If you would like to use Parabolic’s trademarks in a manner not covered by these guidelines, please submit a written request to legal@parabolic.io. Include a description of the intended use, the context, and any relevant materials.

We review all requests and will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Permission, if granted, will be limited to the specific use described in the request.


7. Enforcement

Parabolic actively monitors the use of its trademarks and will take appropriate action to address unauthorized or improper use. This may include requesting that unauthorized use cease, or pursuing legal remedies where necessary.
