Cookie Policy

Last updated January 1, 2025

The cookies and similar technologies we use, what they do, and how to control them.

This Cookie Policy explains how Banzai International, Inc. d/b/a Parabolic, Inc. (“Parabolic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies — pixels, local storage, and software development kits — serve the same purposes, and this policy covers them too.

Cookies set by us are “first-party” cookies. Cookies set by the providers we work with are “third-party” cookies. Cookies that expire when you close your browser are “session” cookies; those that remain for a set period are “persistent” cookies.

2. The Cookies We Use

We group cookies by purpose. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; the others are set only with your consent where the law requires it.

3. How to Control Cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Consent banner: where we show a cookie banner, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and change your choice later through the preferences link in the site footer.
  • Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
  • Provider opt-outs: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics; HubSpot and Intercom describe their cookies and opt-outs in their own privacy documentation.
  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
